Join me for a fun and different back-bending experience. We will use the yoga chair for a variety of backbends. From small backbends, building up to bigger backbends using the chair as our prop to help support and open us in all the right areas.
Sunday June 19th - 9am to 12pm. The workshop will be approx 2.5hrs.
R350 for the workshop followed by a small breakfast.
